Yes, LMV Content Studio is registered with the ICO, as any organisations that process personal information are required to register, and pay a data protection fee (unless exempt).

Do I use AI to process client data?

Accepted Answer

On 19 June, changes to UK data protection law came into force, including the need for greater transparency around AI usage. I use Google Workspace for documents and communications, please check their privacy policies here.

I do not use AI to process any client data.

What is your data protection complaints policy?

Accepted Answer

The recent law changes also extend to complaints handling around data protection.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please raise this directly with me via email (lmv.contentstudio@gmail.com), and I will acknowledge the complaint within 30 days, and investigate. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you have the right to go to the ICO.
